Intelligent I.T Solutions, is a trading company for our IT and Networking division. Since 2018, we have been involved in the supply of IT Products and/or /Services, Networking Solutions and Field Support Services. The company has made a very good footprint in the IT and Network Solutions. Our involvement has been in installation and computer repairs, installation of office computers, network cabling, digital TV Dish installation, Wi-Fi and Ethernet cabling and installation. To date we have serviced clients across Gauteng, Mpumalanga and Limpopo and part of the North West province We are providing different services such as Wi-Fi, WAN/LAN Networking, Servers, Routers, Boosters, Switches, Cameras, Office Computers, Computer Training, TV Satellite Dish and Decoder Installations and a range of IT support services.
To ensure the smooth operations, management of this division is critical. The company has assembled a very strong and experienced team of IT Specialists INTELLIGENT I.T SOLUTIONS support staff with extensive experience in all aspects of networking including but not limited to cutting, splicing and installation of fibre cables. Maintenance, fault finding, OTDR, Boundary box, splitter and loop joints. We are also involved in Software Development for Online Response Websites, which also involves designing and developing digital software for management of water and agricultural equipment.
FAULT FINDING AND PROBLEM SOLVING
Our team is highly trained and experienced in troubleshooting and fault finding of computer and network hardware. Once a fault has been identified they can timorously deal with resolving the fault. Downtime of any hardware of software is a loss of money for our clientele, we therefore cannot afford to lose another minute
